Beyond her ministry work, Lailani is an entrepreneur, managing Joy & Bliss Organization and Azelie & The Little Flower. Her skills in business management, marketing, and client relations serve as a model for her students. Her skills in public speaking, event planning, and relational ministry further enhances her ability to connect with and inspire youth. Committed to fostering spiritual growth and community, Lailani strives to impart these values to her students at Cristo Rey San Diego High School.
Outside of her professional life, Lailani enjoys spending quality time with her husband Mark and their four children: Ezekiel, Avila, Azelie, and Elias.
