Jacqueline started her career at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Pilsen, Chicago, IL as a Counselor. She then moved to San Jose, California to join Cristo Rey San Jose High School as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Work Study Program and later an Academic Counselor. She then became the Director of Cura Personalis at Sacred Heart Nativity School.
Jacqueline believes that all students are capable of academic success when they feel welcomed, included, and safe. She is dedicated to bringing the same educational opportunity she had to communities like hers. As a first-generation Latina and the first in her family to attend college, she hopes to be a role model for students who grew up like her.
